At the end of this course, an AuditBoard user will be able to:

    • Identify key resources available through the Client Engagement team, such as Customer Success, Customer Support, Community and AuditBoard Academy 
    • Describe the different learning options available through AuditBoard Academy and how to access them
    • Distinguish between the two primary components of Customer Support: the Help Center and the Support team
    • Recall the 3 ways to contact the Support team
    • Describe the resources available through the Customer Success team

This course is designed for users who have finished their implementation process and are ready to continue their AuditBoard journey.
